Non-standard chandeliers and architectural fixtures, engineered to your site — not chosen from a catalogue.
These are two different jobs with two different processes. Pick the one that matches your project — the terms below are not the same.
One fixture, engineered to your exact site dimensions and ceiling structure. Usually a hotel lobby, atrium or staircase void.
Repeated fixtures across rooms, corridors and public areas. Hotels, shopping malls, residential developments.
Every project below carries the client's real name. We don't publish anonymous "confidential projects" — ask us about any of these and we'll walk you through what we made.
Design, laser cutting, welding, grinding, assembly, QC and packing run in-house, with long-term partner workshops in Guzhen for polishing and plating. One team stays accountable from your drawing to delivery.
Most suppliers quoting your drawing are resellers. The difference shows up the moment your design isn't standard.
| HINJU Lighting Studio | Typical trading supplier | |
|---|---|---|
| Your custom drawing | Engineered in-house: structural drawings, 3D models, BOM, rigging plans with structural calculation | Sourced from whichever workshop quotes lowest |
| Sample before bulk | Material, finish, mini sample or full mock-up — trial assembly before bulk | "Same as photo" — photo of a different project |
| Quality checks | QC on welding, finish and assembly + 100% electrical test, with photos & video before shipment | Visual check at pickup |
| Oversize fixtures | Modular build, sectional shipping, every part numbered, 3% spare parts included | Shipped whole, problems discovered on site |
| Who you talk to | One dedicated technical contact from drawing to after-sales | A salesperson relaying messages |
| After delivery | On-site installation by our own teams — completed in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Russia | Order closed at shipment |
Nine problems that come up on almost every custom lighting job. The question isn't whether they happen — it's whether your supplier saw them coming before the container left.
| What goes wrong | How we stop it |
|---|---|
| The fixture won't fit through the door, lift or stairwell | Modular build designed around site access — assembled on site |
| The ceiling has no fixing points, or can't take the load | Rigging plan with structural calculation; steel transfer frame where needed |
| Site dimensions don't match the architect's drawing | Site measurement before drawings are finalised; drawing revisions answered in 2 days |
| The fixing height needs scaffolding or a crane | Hoisting sequence worked out before production, not on site |
| One piece is too heavy or too big to ship | Split into transportable sections, every part numbered to the assembly drawing |
| Crystal or finish doesn't match the approved sample | Physical colour / finish sample signed off first; one production batch per project |
| Parts arrive missing, cracked or short | 3% spare parts, crystals packed individually, fragile parts over-supplied |
| Voltage or dimming doesn't suit the destination | 110V / 220–240V and 0–10V / DALI / TRIAC / DMX built to your specification |
| Certification isn't accepted in the destination country | Component certificates supplied; whole-fixture testing arranged upfront with lead time quoted |
This is the process that catches the nine problems above — before they reach your site. Nothing goes into production until the drawing and the standard are signed off.
Most suppliers make you send an email to learn the MOQ. Here are the terms upfront — and they differ depending on whether you need one piece or a batch.
| One-off statement piece | Batch project order | |
|---|---|---|
| Quantity | 1 piece | 1 pc minimum · volume pricing at quantity |
| Payment | 50% to start, 50% before shipment — every fixture is made for your project, not for stock | |
| Sample | No sample stage — signed engineering drawings are the approval | 15-day sample · fee credited against the bulk order |
| Lead time | Quoted per piece — 60 days typical for atrium-scale work | 40–60 days from drawing approval |
| Installation | Our own teams install on site — completed in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Russia | Supervision & commissioning on request, worldwide |
| After-sales | 5-year warranty · 3% spare parts per project · replacements shipped within 1 week · remote video support | |
Drivers and light sources carry CE / RoHS component certificates. If your project needs whole-fixture certification, we submit the finished fixture for testing — extra lead time, quoted upfront.
Wooden crates, moulded foam and numbered parts for oversize fixtures — crystals individually packed, fragile parts over-supplied.
These are the ten questions that come up in almost every enquiry. If yours isn't here, ask it in the form below — you'll get an answer within 24 hours.
One piece. A custom chandelier is usually made one at a time for one specific site. For project orders there is also no minimum — volume pricing starts at quantity.
Yes. From an architect's rendering, a reference photo, a hand drawing, site dimensions only, or a concept idea, we develop the 3D model, structural drawings, installation drawings and a bill of materials. You confirm the drawings before anything is produced.
Batch orders: 40–60 days from drawing approval (50 days in peak season). Atrium-scale one-off pieces: around 60 days, confirmed in your quotation. Sample lead time is 15 days.
Yes. Our own installation teams have worked on site in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Russia. Installation is quoted separately as travel + headcount + days, and remote video support is always included.
50% to start, 50% before shipment. Every fixture is made for your project rather than for stock, which is why the deposit is 50% rather than the 30% a stock supplier can accept.
Drivers and light sources carry CE / RoHS component certificates. If your project requires whole-fixture certification, we submit the finished fixture for testing — tell us the destination country and we quote the extra lead time upfront.
In sections, designed around the access route at your site. Every part is numbered to match the assembly drawing, crystals are packed individually, fragile parts are over-supplied, and 3% spare parts are included with each project.
5 years on the fixture, excluding damage from misuse, natural events or installation by third parties. Replacement parts ship within one week, and we keep project spare-part records for future orders.
Yes. Physical finish and material samples are approved before production, and we accept colour matching against your own sample. Each project runs as a single production batch to avoid shade variation between units.
Yes — with interior designers, lighting designers, FF&E procurement, hotel owners and contractors. Technical discussions can be held in English by video call, and drawing revisions are answered within 2 days.
Layout, reference photo or hand sketch — anything is enough to start. We'll reply with a feasibility answer and a budget range, not a catalogue.
